Ahead of the retreat day, you will receive a personal, online, wellbeing life coaching session and workbook to invite self-reflection and future-self exploration to support your day.

Yoga & Wellbeing Coach
Beth's coaching and yoga practices embody her passion and belief that personal, positive change is achievable and actual as we navigate life’s constant cycle of transformation. Designed to guide clients through a journey of change and consciously deepen their connection to their authentic selves for optimal wellbeing, programmes explore all areas of life. Each incorporates behavioural, mental, physical and emotional wellbeing tools and strategies drawn from both traditional and current, evidence-based, modalities including coaching, positive psychology, yoga, meditation, breath and body work, neuroscience, NLP, DISC, Emotional Intelligence and CBT. Yoga sessions heartfully explore movement, pranayama, meditation, mantra, philosophy and therapeutic yoga practices to deepen conscious awareness of experience. Beth has over 20 years experience in the professional and personal development space delivering consultancy, personal leadership, holistic coaching and yoga programmes. She holds a BA Hons, Dip Prof Coaching, YA200 Teaching Accreditation, APM1, Leadership & Dynamic People Management Cert, Senior Yoga Accreditation, Yoga for Children Dip, and certifications in: Mentorship; Coaching in Education; Youth Coaching; Yoga Medicine; Holistic Coaching; Neuroscience of Coaching; Resilience Coaching; Coaching for Anxiety; and Confidence Coaching.
Yoga Teacher & Gong-bath Practicitioner
British Wheel of Yoga teacher and Sound Healing Gong Practitioner, Gayatri, is passionate about creating space for those of any age to explore their transformational potential in a safe and nurturing way. Cultivating compassion for oneself is at the heart of her teaching and sound work, thus allowing the process of personal growth and change to unfold. Gayatri is a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and has been teaching floor and chair based yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and meditation for over 12 years. She graduated from the College of Sound Healing as a Gong Practitioner 7 years ago and offers gong baths for groups and 1-2-1.
