Suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners, this session incorporates breathing techniques, meditation and movement within a sequence of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Yin yoga postures to create balance for body, mind and breath. Delivered at a slower pace, this practice invites deeper self inquiry through longer held postures, adjustments to suit your physiology or injury recuperation, and time to explore different levels of asana. Mats and props are provided, but you are invited to bring your own.
