LIVE 'Living Room' Yoga & Coaching

Join me for a month of yoga, meditation & coaching from the comfort of your own home!

 

From Wednesday 1 April, 2020, I will be hosting LIVE daily yoga, meditation and coaching sessions from my living room. 

 

Giving you, your family and household, (pets included!), the choice of over 30 classes throughout the month, sessions will vary each day from Monday to Friday.

 

Please join me and stay connected, continuing a regular practice and moving together on our mats during this time.

THE LIVE 'LIVING ROOM 'SESSIONS

Wednesday 1 April - Friday 1 May 2020 Schedule:

       Mondays:

       8.15am - WELLBEING  MEDITATION & COACHING (30mins)

       6.30pm - EVENING HATHA YOGA (60mins)

 

      Tuesdays:

      9.15am - MORNING YOGA FLOW (45mins)

 

      Wednesdays:

      8.15am - MORNING YOGA FLOW (45mins)

 

     Thursdays:

     8.15am - WELLBEING  MEDITATION & COACHING (30mins)

     7.30pm - EVENING YOGA FLOW WITH RESTORATIVE NIDRA (60mins)

     Fridays:

     8.15am - FEEL GOOD FRIDAY  YOGA FLOW  (30mins)

Which sessions are you most interested in?

April Unlimited provides access to ALL the scheduled LIVE daily sessions for the entire month of April 2020 (that's over 30 sessions for you AND your household).

​

This includes a choice of LIVE morning yoga, evening yoga and coaching sessions held Monday to Friday each week.

 

£40 (per household - pets included!)
