Immerse yourself in a day of self-care, loving kindness and compassion practices to replenish and connect with your heart space as we move into Summer. Delight in the benefits of a full day of heart-centred yoga, wellbeing coaching, delicious food, fresh air and laughter. The day will support you to consciously release, rejuvenate and embrace the space of the heart for deeper awareness, clarity and lightness of body, mind and energy. Suitable for all levels, individuals or friends, this intimate, seasonal retreat is set in a beautiful, rural Suffolk setting near the market town of Saffron Walden. The day will consist of transformational wellbeing coaching, yoga movement, pranayama, mantra, Tibetan Tonglen meditation and restorative yoga nidra. Schedule and Inclusions: 10am Arrival and green juice 10.30am – 11am: ‘Welcome the Space of the Heart’ Guided meditation, visualisation and wellbeing coaching 11am - 12.30am: ‘Invocation and Release’ Yoga practices to release and invoke self compassion 12.45pm - 2pm: 'Refresh' Delicious, light, vegetarian lunch 2pm - 3pm: ‘Surrender to the Space of the Heart’ Coaching, Tonglan meditation, restorative yoga and deep relaxation through a guided yoga nidra 3pm-4pm: 'Breathe & Connect to your Life Force' Optional countryside farm walk or rest & restore/journaling time to digest and manifest the delights of your retreat day Organic cake & tea before departure Your Hosts Melissa Lubbock Retreat & Culinary Delights Host Beth Wheeler Wellbeing, Yoga & Meditation Coach "My passion and belief is that positive change is achievable for each of us.
