Suitable for strong beginners and experienced yoga practitioners, this session incorporates breathing techniques, meditation, strengthening hatha yoga postures with some slow vinyasa flow sequences for a more dynamic practice. Delivered at a slower pace with instruction to add depth to your understanding of yoga, this stronger practice invites deeper self inquiry through longer held postures, adjustments to suit your physiology and time to explore different levels of asana. Mats and props are provided, but you are invited to bring your own. DROP IN: £14 CLASS PLANS: £60 for five class pass (valid 2 months) £80 for eight class pass (valid 3 months) INCLUSIONS: All class plans enjoy access to the yoga library of online recordings, weekly live-online Friday sessions and a monthly live-online evening lunar class.
