It has certainly been a year of change - and through our yoga journey together, I hope also one of positive transformation in many ways.

I am so very grateful for your support and presence this year - which has been a wonderful grounding energy for myself and an opportunity to share, from my heart, these yoga teachings.

As we move towards the new year, I wish you all every happiness, wellbeing and much peace - and I leave you with a few months worth of practices to support your personal journey. See you in 2021!

ONLINE SESION ETIQUETTE & HOUSEKEEPING:

1.  To use Zoom, either download the FREE Zoom App to your device and simply enter the meeting ID for each session or, click on the session meeting link to launch Zoom US in your browser.

 

2. Create your space and get comfortable ahead of your session - roll out your mat, grab props (or makeshift props) - blocks, cushions, blankets, bolsters, belts and eye pillows for yoga & meditation.  And for coaching sessions, a notebook, diary and pen are useful. 

3. Log into the Zoom session 5 minutes before it is due to begin and join the waiting room so I can manage the technical side as best as possible.

NOTE: If you are using the Zoom App, the meeting ID can be entered to find the meeting but before doing so please set your audio and video settings on the same screen. 

4. Once you enter the Zoom session you will be muted (to avoid everyone hearing each other), but you will be able to see and hear me.

5. If you get logged off, simply enter the same meeting ID again.

6. If you need to reach out during the session, you can un-mute yourself.

7. Please support each other in holding this small group space so we can authentically connect and collectively move forward.

Final Note - I'm a big fan of 'keeping it real', which might mean we have a few glitches along the way and interruptions from my dog, doorbell and fairly certainly my children!  For this I am grateful - but I am also respectful of our time together so will do my utmost to avoid disruption.  Please bear with me on such occasions. Thank you.
