Nourishing Yoga Practices
April & May yoga will focus on steady, core yoga practices to offer us nourishment, increased energy and overall balanced wellbeing.
Building a consistent yoga practice provides us with a self-care toolbox to help us manage the many transitions we experience from daily energy fluctuations to shifting seasons or major health and life changes.
Join me for some no-fuss, energy-giving yoga practices to guide you to your equilibrium and heart centre.
LIVE ONLINE YOGA
Starting Monday 25 April to Friday 27 May (No class Monday 2 May)
Mondays 8.15am = 45 minute gentle vinyasa flow
Fridays 8.15am = 45 minute salutations and vinyasa flow
IN-PERSON CLASSES
Tuesdays from 26 April to 24 May 9.30-10.30am
Wednesdays from 27 April to 25 May 9.30-10.30am
Maximum 4 people (subject to availability)
