Connecting with Nature
This May will explore nature's elements Earth, Air, Water & Fire in our online yoga classes.
Sessions will hold the space to build awareness of the relationship between nature's elements and our inner landscape, energy and psyche in order to create balance and wellbeing.

Starting Wednesday 5 May through to Friday 28 May
NO CLASSES Bank Holidays - Mon 3 May or Mon 31 May
Mondays: 7pm Hatha Yoga - 60min
Wednesdays: 9am Gentle Flow - 45mins
Fridays: 8.15am Salutations & Flow - 45mins
