Autumn Yoga Core Flow

Join me for a six-week journey through a core yoga practice of asana, pranayama, mantra and sankalpa this Autumn.

Each week will explore the same core sequence but with a different anatomical and pranayam focus, variation within the pose, and yogic intention.

The focus on a core sequence aims to deepen awareness and natural rhythm through repetition in the body’s memory mapping and provide a steady yoga practice to use anywhere.

The changing layers of each week’s practices offer space for personal creativity and modification to allow you to find your unique flow.
